Tyler started in public accounting, then spent several years as financial director of a venture studio with sixteen businesses in its portfolio. Each one ran differently, in a different industry, with its own systems and its own way of getting work done.
That job was mostly about process: figuring out how a business actually completes its critical tasks, writing it down, and building a repeatable way to do it. Closing the books, paying people, invoicing, reporting, handing work between teams. The same problems showed up in every company, and the fix was always a clear process before any tool.
Mikimo is that work, applied to your business: map the process, document it, automate the repetitive steps, and hand you a system your own team can run.
