Here is the whole engagement, start to finish.
We are a consultancy, not a subscription. An engagement has a beginning, a middle, and an end. You come out the other side owning a documented process and a working system, not renting one.
We talk
A real conversation about your business: what systems you run, where the work piles up, and what a mistake costs you. If we do not think we can help, or if a $200 off-the-shelf tool would do the job, we will say so, and the conversation cost you an hour.
We map and document the process
We interview the people who do the work and write down how it actually flows: every step, every handoff, every exception. This step finds problems on its own: duplicated work, unclear ownership, steps nobody can explain. You keep the documentation whether or not we automate anything, and it becomes the specification for what we build next.
We pilot one process
We pick one painful, measurable process (PO entry, say, or quote drafting) and automate it against your real documents, following the process we documented together. Small on purpose. You see it work on your own data before committing to anything bigger, and your team gets to test it early, when changes are cheap.
We integrate
The pilot grows into your daily workflow. We wire it into your ERP and MES so results land where your team already works, set up the review-and-approve steps so a person signs off on everything, and tune it against the edge cases your business actually produces: the handwritten PO, the customer who emails drawings as phone photos.
We hand it over, then stay available
You get the source code, the process documentation, and a walkthrough for whoever will run it: your IT person, your ops manager, or a developer you trust. The system is yours outright. If you want us on call for support and improvements, we are available. If you never call us again, everything keeps working.
You own 100% of what we build. Not a license. Ownership.
The code is yours. The systems run on your hardware. The process documentation lives on your server. No license fees on your own tools, no black boxes, and no subscription that turns your operation off when you stop paying. If we walked away tomorrow, everything keeps running, and any competent developer could pick it up. You hold the keys and the source.

It depends on the process and the state of your data, and anyone who quotes a timeline before seeing either is guessing. Here is what we promise instead: a real, dated plan after the first two steps, and a pilot working on your own documents before you spend serious money.
